A nurse in the area who saw the need for home care and hospice services started Prospect Home Care & Hospice in Florissant, Colorado. Today our office is located in Woodland Park, Colorado providing home care, hospice, unskilled services and emergency telephone reassurance services.

We believe in an approach which includes the physician, patient, family, and our team of expert home health professionals to provide care and support, and to promote comfort and healing.  We are committed to attending to the needs of our patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual well being.

We are based in Woodland Park, CO, serving Teller County, South Park County, southern Douglas County, and western El Paso County.
