Sophisticated physician-directed care is provided to individuals who have difficulty leaving their homes. A visit by a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Medical Social Worker, or Certified Home Care Aide provides the care and medical intervention to advance recovery and recuperation. Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance authorizes and pays for home care as a cost effective means to facilitate your return to health. 

Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy  

Home Care also includes an extensive Outpatient Therapy component.  Our Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists provide services in your home making trips to a clinic or rehab therapy site unnecessary.  Outpatient Rehabilitation is a service available for those capable of independent travel outside of their home.
