Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

Can you evaluate what mom needs…..she can’t cook anymore or do her laundry.

Yes we can… We have a program to insure the elderly stay safe and independent in the home.

It is Helping Hands.

Through Helping Hands you will receive the full benefit of our Supervisors doing a site visit and needs evaluation. Your aide can either be a Homemaker or a Personal Care Provider. The Homemaker completes household cleaning chores while the PCP has additional training for personal hygiene. A Homemaker Care Plan may include vacuuming, sweeping, laundry, dusting, meal preparation and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom care. The Personal Care Provider Care Plan will address bathing, shampooing, toileting and bodily care.

Sessions are scheduled for 4 hours, mornings and afternoons.  During this time we get bed linens removed, laundered, replaced, kitchen and bathroom cleaned, vacuuming, dusting and stand by or cueing for a safe bath/shower.

Our Home Maker and Personal Care Provider do top to bottom service even helping with shampoo or lotion application.   We do the tasks that have become difficult for you – and we do them efficiently and effectively.
